About Freedom
Words by Seigar.
This series shows the drag Candy Porcelain walking on street crossings. The crosswalk works as a symbol of frontiers and limits.

She moves freely wherever she wants to as a way to state the concept of freedom. Her mind and body are free, she is the one that decides.
This performance conveys a social and political statement, and also works on a personal level. The final intention is to overcome all the mental and physical barriers, imposed by others/society or by ourselves.
The discourse includes all of us. We can relate to the drag’s action and message. Feel and be free.

His most ambitious projects so far are his Plastic People, a study on anthropology and sociology that focuses on the humanization of the mannequins he finds in the shop windows all over the world, and his Tales of a City, an ongoing urban photo-narrative project taken in London.
